It's been two weeks since the last beta release of the iPhone OS 3.1 and today Apple has seeded OS 3.1 Beta 3, build 7C116a to developers. The new OS update is approximately 307mb and so far we have only learned of 2 new features added. OS 3.1 Beta 2 will expire Tuesday July 28th so make sure you grab the new version asap!  Below is a list of what's new with OS 3.1 Beta 3.

1. The ability to copy and paste videos into emails.

2. Tethering Data /  Usage  screen.
