Apple To Announce 16GB iPhone?

According to reports from Engadget two unnamed sources from inside AT&T are claiming that Apple is gearing up to announce the long awaited arrival of the 16GB iPhone.

One of the insiders claim they saw an inventory stock list for the 16GB model, with the other unnamed source claiming the device will be released on Tuesday (but failed to mention which Tuesday). again this is purely rumor and speculation at this point with no hard evidence to backup either claim.
