Is Retroactive action better than no action at all? AT&T is attempting a little of that kind of action as we speak, instead of paying for ad space and for Luke Wilson to be in commercials, they have introduced a new app, AT&T Marks The Spot, that will let you ping the server whenever you have a dropped call or a service issue. It seems like AT&T is at least taking the bull by the tail and acknowledging that there are legitimate issues that users have been complaining about. Hopefully this is going to help AT&T to get some of the coverage issues taken care of and get their maps to look a little more like the red ones.
