I think you are right, the iphone cases that protects the entire phone is best. The contour case shields the phone from scratches and some people have said it has protected the phone when it was drop. That is a good thing considering there is no insurance on the phone.

i have a heavy plastic case by agent 18... it comes in black, white and clear.. the guy in the apple store had it on his phone and it seemed very durable and it should protect the phone very well

I always love to use metal cases. But I love also to use leather cases. Both of the cases attracts me. Leather cases are always soft, with a simple outlook and it fits anywhere. Metal cases are of hard body and protects your iphone anytime anywhere.

Apple on Thursday afternoon released a minor update for its iphone OS, fixing a major bug many affected users referred to as “coma mode” where the handset would not awaken from sleep.
In Apple’s support forums, many iPhone customers complained that the iphone OS 3.1 update rendered their phones unresponsive in sleep mode arbitrarily. As of this writing, there are 410 posts in the forum thread related to this issue. Apple claims the iPhone OS 3.1.2 update will fix the problem.iphone

Hi Guys

I am using the camoflage case i bought from http://www.twitchcase.com
Its great. i hate the big bulky cases that most people sell. I bought one of the ones from sqitch easy and it did nothing for my phone. The iphone is so big anyway that the last thing i wanted to do was add extra bulk. The case i have now is perfect. slim and light, Great design and it even has a protective cloth on the inside which is a nice touch.
