Just browsing through ebay and noticed a few pre-sale iphone auctions are up and running already with some already hitting more than $1200.
Are these just scam auctions - i mean how can the sellers make any kind of guarantee? |

well, according to at&t's recent no-preorder announcement ( AT&T: No iPhone Pre-Sales Allowed ) i'd say these ebay idiots are pretty screwed

Such auctions wont last long as they are against eBay rules, i would strongly urge everyone to not buy iPhones from ebay for this very reason.

There have already been a couple of scam iphone auctions on ebay about a month ago.
