Hi there,
I'm living in the UK and I'm coming up to the end of my 18month contract. I was really disappointed to see that existing customers don't get even a discount on an iPhone. Because I'm a bit strapped for cash, can anyone tell me what is stopping me getting a brand new phone (nokia or similar) from O2 for free, selling this sealed boxed phone on ebay for pretty much face value, and then with this money, buy the iPhone? Or, is it set up so that the O2 iphone contract are totally different to a normal O2 phone contract and therefore prevents this? I called O2 and asked them all this and they didn't know (cheers O2!) Cheers , Aidan |
