when the iphones DO actually come out, im sure the stores are going to sell out quick. is there going to be a waiting list at each store? will the phones be back ordered? i want mine ASAP!! someone let me know what they think will be going on. thanks!

Hi, welcome to the site.

The latest news from AT&T is that pre-orders for the iphone wont be taken, and instead customers will be served on a first come basis.

It's widely believed the iphone will sellout on day one and many are predicting similar camp-out scenes like last year for the Wii and PS3 consoles

Apple have yet to give any concrete info though, though an announcement is expected in the next few weeks leading upto launch.
