Hello forum, I am a new member and this is my first thread!

I am in the UK, my Iphone is awesome!

In the UK we cannot currently use our music as ringtones? I phoned Iphone help and they couldnt telll me when this would be available - but they were looking into it.

I need this feature very much, I need the ability to use my music and assign songs to contacts in my address book. I even tried downloading music from Itunes - but it still doesnt work!

Anybody know anything about this problem in the UK and when it will be fixed?

just use audicity or any audio editor to make a clip less than 30 sec. then put it in itunes and then right click the song and press convert to aac when its done right click the new one and click browse or what ever it is to open the folder its it and rename the file from ringtone.m4a to ringtone.m4r then double click it and it will open in itunes and show up as a ringtone and you can sync it to your phone
