These pics supposedly show someone using an Apple iPhone out in the wild.

If you strain really hard you can make out a silver backed phone in the restaurant but i dunno...

Anyway, the pics were taken from a diner in Silicon Valley - the blogger says there's been numerous sightings of the phone which i guess holds some weight.

Anyway here's the pics - decide for yourself

I suppose it is possible, but why not stand up and get a proper shot - surely worth the embarassment
