I'm live in israel and I want to buy the iPhone in US but i don't know
if the device will work because in the package include AT&T contract for 2 years
so its a little confuse me.

I can simply buy the iPhone and work with him here (in israel)?

Unknown - but the issue you will have is that this is a US phone - so you have to use it with AT&T/Cingular in the US - and pay the bills here. The phone IS a quad-band, so it should work anywhere in the world, however.

But the real question is will AT&T sell iPhones without preinstalled sim. I hope they will. ^^

AT&T obviously will not sell unlocked iPhones in the United States as their main source of profit from it are mandatory contracts. If anyone will sell unlocked iPhones it will be only after 2009 when the exclusivity contract between Apple and AT&T ends. Europe and Israel are another story as Apple has not revealed through which carriers they will be selling iPhones there and if they will be selling unlocked ones. I predict that the iPhone will make it to Israel a few months after being released in Europe (Fall 2007) which could mean a holiday release. The first carrier will most likely be Orange and if it will not be an exclusive deal like AT&T in the United States then Cellcom will be second and Pelephone will be last . The price in Israel will probably a little higher, possibly in the 3000 NIS range and I doubt anyone would even bother with the 4GB SKU as Israelis heavily use MP3 Players/MP3-Playing Phones.
