for me its got to be the touch screen, the amount of customisation it will support is going to be excellent - no more crappy button keypads

im a fan on the scroll bar, the elastic banding when you hit the top or the bottom of the list and movement/speed sensors - it just looks so well done.

Other than that i think the Google Maps feature is an excellent addition.
