New Owner Here...please Help

i got the newest one just before the latest release with 2.30 firmware 3g. i just got it back from being unlocked and the guy who unlocked it has 815 contact in my phone itself without sim card. i found where to delete one contact at a time but cant find anywhere to delete all contacts. found where i can reset phone but he has some cool games on here that i dont want to loose. also what do i push to lock the phone so it wont push buttons in my pocket? when you turn it on there is a unlock but i dont know how to lock it back without turning it off. my phone didnt come with a manual is this normal?? im new here so sorry for the idiot questions but i want to know all i can. i will be asking alot from you all!!!! also does mine not have video camera?? i cant find it if it does. please help guys!!! thanks!!!

well ive finally got rid of this dudes contacts. having trouble with my bluetooth connecting now. (see other thread if you wish to help me)

Only the new 3Gs has video facility. And iPhone does not allow bluetooth connection with anything other than hands free devices.
And what do you mean by see other threads?
