Think AT&T paid attention when they posted this?

Paragraph 4, Sentence 4 and 5.

If phone is returned within 14 days in like-new condition with all components, early termination fee will be waived. Service may be cancelled after 14 days but within 30 days and early termination fee will be waived, but equipment may not be returned.

Step 1: Buy iPhone
Step 2: Activate
Step 3: Wait 15 days
Step 4: Cancel Account and get a really cool touch iPod with wifi. Without phone service, 2 year agreement, or early cancellation fee, or having to return the iPhone.

Who's going to pay $500 for a touch screen iPod with Wifi? You've still got an iPhone that doesn't make calls like it should.
