It seems that the 4GB iPhone model could possibly be the most short lived apple product ever.. do you think it was a mistake by apple to offer the 4gb in the first place?

It seems that apple may think so.

I am guessing that they realized that people wanted the full thing. If they were going to pay a lot for it they might as well go all the way. That's what I did at least.

I knew I wasn't going to need to have 8 gigs of music or pictures on my phone - which is why I went with the 4 gig model... *shrug*
