My Desktop Icons Wont Shake

Hi, im trying to make additional desktop icon sheet, but apparently i have to move an icon to the side of the screen in order to create a new one...

When i bought my iphone it had already been hacked for me to use with my current celular company...

They've told me i need to upgrade it to a 1.1.4 version, but im afraid that if i do so it might affect its use, because its been hacked...

What should i do?

It wont do any harm to restore it using itunes then using one of the unlocking processes to re open it, that chose is yours which one you use they are all on here somewhere search to find them but make sure if you have anything on there that you don't want to loose you back it up to your pc then all you need to do is unlock activate and jailbreak and then put you backed up stuff back on it. If you do a search on the forum for how to back up the important stuff you'll be fine. Hope this helps
