Does the iphone have sat nav? is it possible to install a sat nav widget on the phone?

Im not really sure, that could be a possibility but for now i don't think it's really been mentioned.

the closest thing is the Google Maps tool.

dont see why not, many smartphones on the market now have sat nav capabilities, would be a smart move for apple.

But that custom google maps program does look damn sweet, you remember the coffee shop demonstrarion that Steve Jobs did? lol
