So there's all this talk about 3g connectivity, gps, features galore...but will the new iphone software support mms?
The only thing preventing me from switching over from my windows mobile device is MMS support! Now I know what you're thinking...why do you need mms when the iphone supports email, and now push email? Simple, my daughter lives in georgia(1100 miles away from me), and my ex has a simple mind. The only way for me to get pictures is by her sending me pictures via mms, or taking them myself. I still don't understand how apple can't just throw mms in there...I mean really, 20 dollar prepaid phones have mms!! |

Try this from your iPhone http://pktpix.com/
I've used it a couple of times and it seemed to work with no problem. Hope that helps! |

sorry but I am wet behind the ears about the slang sayings... but, is MMS the same as sending a picture via Text? I just posted a question about it, and it appears that Iphone does not support?? Also, try and get a picture via text - you have to go to the next and logg in a series of numbers and letters via ATT sight... THAT SUCKS!!!

That lets you send the picture through your email on your iPhone, but it delivers it to the recipient's text message box. So it's different on your end, but to them it doesn't work any differently.
As far as receiving pictures on your iPhone, what I usually have people do is type my email address into the To: blank on the picture message instead of using my phone number. |

Using pktpix worked get for me. I've had my iPhone since November 07 and the only complaints I've had with it has been sending and receiving pics via text and view some emails that have a video attached. At least one of the problems is now solved.
