Every so often I get a number on my Apps icon indicating I need to update my Apps. In the past it would work fine. Now when I press Apps and then update, it shows me a blank screen with the word Loading...

It doesn't matter whether I use wireless or Edge.

Any thoughts. Can I update them on my computer and then sync
