Wandering anyone out there, can help ?

I've downloaded tetris_2.5.zip iphone games software from softpedia URL. using the sofware "SetupiPhoneBrowser.1.81.exe", I am able to view the directories of the iphone on XP machine. I was alble to transwer the downloaded games into the iphone APPLICATION root directory. What am I to do next to see the ICON on the iphone ?? Any suggestions or is this the correct method ?
