Is it possible to transfer music from ipod to iphone? Or will it comes with it's own itunes style software?

No, the iPhone will connect just like your ipod does now and will be able to sync perfectly with the itunes software.

Aswell as music you'll be able to sync up your browser bookmarks, calendar/ diary info - the whole lot

that's easy! try this tool, simply transfer music from ipod to iphone. I used it to transfer my music in ipod to my sister's new iphone. Enjoy it!

If you have a playlist created for the iPod, couldn't you just sync that over to the iPhone as well?
