Thats what I want to let you know. I was in Canada and from all of the sudden my phone fell on the floor and the screen cracked. I still understanding how this happenedwhen people have droppedtheir phones from 2 stories buildings and the phone's touchscreen never broke.
Well my vacations where horrible when I saw the phone on the floor and the touchscreen was broken. But more horrible was forme to travel back to Connecticut from Toronto to findout that Apple charges $250 to replace the screen,not only that I also find out that if the screen is broken and the phone is not working they canreplacethe phone, but if the phone still working the user would have to pay the $250 to have it fix. Also Applenever mentioned any of this in their warranty, neither about the service contract, I have the IPhone and ordered the Applecare for the IPhone andit was cancelled because CT doesn't allow Apple to sell it in the state, When I visit the store I also find out that Apple do have Applecare for I Phone but as a big company, never informed to any of the customers from CT about it, not even 1 email for all of those orders they've cancelled.
NowI understand why Mac has never gone too far in the marketplace. Apple is actually worst than MS.
