I am already in a plan with at&t, I got an iphone then unlocked, jailbroke, and activated it. I already have a small amount of data plan from my old phone on the service. I turned data roaming to off on the iphone. In doing so will the iphone ONLY use wi-fi at all times, or will the iphone use the data plan(which I don't want to happen)?
