Even though the guys over at TUAW have confirmed that the ZiPhone firmware hack does indeed work on the new 1.1.4 iPhone firmware but that users should refrain from doing so for the time being.

Zibri is requesting that users refrain from upgrading until the tool can be thoroughly checked against the new firmware update. “People who donated will receive the next version a day before everyone else. Expect a new version in 2 days (3 days for non-donors),” he says.
