Flash support has been unanswered for a long time regarding the Apple, although in the Steve Jobs has confirmed support for YouTube he managed to sidestep Flash altogether: Quote:

Honestly two things pop to mind at this point.
1) If this is true - Steve is really losing it. He touts the phone as having "The REAL Internet" and then this crap? 2) This sounds suspiciously like a quote about AppleTV, which we heard about at D. I think again it's all gonna boil down to getting our hands on the damn thing and saying yes/no. ![]() |

I agree, much has been said about the iPhone utilizing the 'real internet' and the 'real safari' browser - but how is this still the case?
Steve has said in the past that we can use Safari to develop iPhone applications until the device is launched, and that they were the exact same browser. If this is true it means Jobs took the stage at both MacWorld and WWDC and told packet of lies ![]() |

Of course I also had...
3) It could be that Adobe hasn't *written* a Flash plugin yet for an ARM processor. It took them a little bit to get one out for the PSP, but even they have one. |
