The incredibly long winded Boy Genius seems to have found some interesting sightings in the server logs.  Sightings of an update from the semi-troublesome iPhone 3.1.2, and the appearance of a 4.0 OS is out there, and if Apple maintains the time line of days past, we could see a new OS release this summer.  Take a peek at the screen shot of the log yourself after the jump.
