Hawk-eyed iPhone developer Zibri (the developer of the unlocking tool ZiPhone), has discovered some refernces inside the newly release SDK Beta 3 software that strongly suggest Apple will use the Infineon 3G Chipset.

The code in question mentions "SGOLD3," which is a reference to the series of chips that Infineon produces. The iPhone device currently uses the S-GOLD2 EDGE chipset.
