iPhone SDK already out?

Some are reporting that the SDK for the iPhone has arrived as an early Christmas gift for some. This isn’t exactly confirmed, however.If true, I think it’s great Apple is showing off it’s way off making applications to some. They now have somewhat of an early start. I can’t wait to see what applications are coming up soon! They should be really neat.
