iPhone SDK Rumors, Release Date and Simulator

February 13th, 2008

iphone-uk.jpgYes, there’s even more rumors circulating the interweb as Apple prepare to unveil the iPhone SDK upon the masses. Here’s the current list of rumoring doing the rounds courtesy of TUAW:

1. The SDK will ship on time for late February, but many features will be delayed, so this will be at best an alpha or beta release.

2. People who are in Apple’s documentation department are working triple-quadruple-double-secret overtime.

3. Simulator will be there but you can also test applications directly on the hardware, via a docking cable tether.

As we’re now pretty much halfway through February, these rumors and whispers can’t linger on for much longer. But until we get hit with a nice juicy Apple press release you’d be wise to take these recent murmurings with a pinch of salt.
