A Netflix news blog called Hacking Netflix has published a story suggesting that NetFlix is planning to launch its movie and TV streaming service on the iPhone. According to the report, NetFlix has been surveying its customers and asking them very detailed questions about how likely they would be to watch streaming Netflix content on their iPhones (and presumably iPod touches?) via a Wi-Fi network. According to this news story on Pocket Gamer today, Gameloft will soon be releasing a Splinter Cell game for the iPhone. Pocket Gamer spotted a mysterious link on Gameloft’s Twitter page some nine hours ago, which led to a picture of Splinter Cell hero Sam Fisher with some cryptic-looking numbers underneath.
