Quick tip: read RSS feeds in Safari

November 20th, 2007

Many don’t know about this secret power that lies within Safari. Well, not so much a power, but it can be useful at times.

If you’re like me, you like to read posts on your favorite blogs. It can be a gruesome task, double-tapping and pinching to make the text suitable for easy reading.

Apple has apparently understands this and thus added a built-in RSS reader in MobileSafari. To use this, simply follow the link of an RSS feed. Safari automatically changes to a different interface.

This interface works nicely with the phone, and text is readable with no pinches or taps.

If you want to efficiently read news from your favorite sites, try this out.
