T-Mobile in trouble in Germany?
November 21st, 2007So just a little bit ago European cell service provider Vodafone sought and received an injunction against both Apple and T-Mobile that forced the stopping of sales of the iPhone in Germany.
I am still trying to figure out exactly why the injunction happened but it is said by Vodafone reps it has nothing to do with the exclusivity of the iPhone contract. So if that is not the issue what could the issue be?
Another interesting thing of note is that the injunction is only in Germany.
