The Hack war continues?
November 13th, 2007So just yesterday we reported that version 1.1.2 had officially been jailbroke, however also yesterday Apple released a image buffer overflow patch that will lock out jailbreak apps. I wonder though if this was intended to frustrate hackers or if it was a serious attempt by apple to fix a problem with the newest firmware. After all this download is only available as an itunes download and can only be found at the itunes site. Also it appears to only affect 1.1.1 versions and earlier. I would love to hear from the readers on this one. Tell me if I got the wrong information or what.
