Universal Studios Home Entertainment will begin offering iPhone & iPod Touch users special features on certain upcoming Blu-ray video releases. On July 28th Fast & Furious will be the first release to unveil the new concept using an Internet-connected Blu-ray player and a free iPhone application to be released to the App Store. Fans will also be able to use their iDevice to checkout the "Virtual Car Garage" that reveals the skinny on the awesome cars used in the film. Future releases will also use the power of social networking sites such as Facebook and Twiitter to spread the word on movie-related activities.
