Unlocked iPhones on eBay
November 13th, 2007The prices are crazy high! I am so confused on why this is. Reaching up to $600, new unlocked phones are the norm on eBay.
Why do so many people want to use an iPhone on another network (generally speaking, in the US, T-Mobile)? AT&T is just fine.
Sellers even explain how the iPhone that is being sold is “hacked, and the warranty is voided”. How does that appeal to one?
We’ll probably see less and less of these unlocked iPhone sales, as Apple is cracking down on limiting the number of iPhones purchased.
But until then, these foolish purchases will still be made.
